Just came back from a week of retreat in the sacred valley in Peru. The experience was exceptional. Well-organised, felt safe, looked after, and the energy of the whole group was really inspiring. We practice yoga every day, and as a beginner I felt well take care and guided through the practice. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful for this experience. I use to a fast and busy life, and the connection with myself spiritually and physically was just what I needed to re-enter my life and my intention. There is also plenty of space to rest and recharge, whether that means relaxing by the pool, journalling, swimming or simply soaking in the surroundings.
