Held at Shukubo Kakurinbo Temple in Mount Minobu, this retreat invites you to step into a slower rhythm, where presence is woven into everyday life. Through daily Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, meditation, and breathwork, you will be gently guided through a chakra-based journey designed to restore balance and clarity.

Surrounded by nature, temple gardens, and the quiet beauty of Japanese culture, you will experience simple, meaningful practices, from shared meals and mindful movement to moments of reflection and traditional rituals.

Guests enjoy beautiful, nourishing meals made with locally sourced ingredients that support vitality and wellbeing, while meaningful conversations, laughter and shared experiences naturally build a strong sense of connection within the group.

There is also plenty of space to rest and recharge, whether that means relaxing by the pool, journalling, swimming or simply soaking in the surroundings. Our retreats are intentionally kept small, usually with 10–16 guests, creating a supportive and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included.

We’ve run over 15 yoga retreats and have really found the perfect balance of activity and recovery. While our yoga retreats are an active adventure, we’ve welcomed participants of all ages, including those in their 80s, thanks to our supportive and experienced guides.
